Joint Dissemination Event: Keynote Lecture by Elena Carrasco

We are pleased to introduce Elena Carrasco, one of our keynote speakers at the Joint Dissemination Event of FIBRE4YARDS, Mari4_YARD and RESURGAM!

Elena is Director of Digital Transformation at Navantia, S.A., S.M.E. In her keynote speech entitled “Digital Transformation Plan in Navantia”, she will share the company's successes and challenges in navigating the digital landscape.

With her background in economics, finance and accounting and many years of experience as a finance professional, Elena has developed a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape of the maritime industry. Her expertise in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting has proven invaluable in implementing cost-reduction measures and improving profitability and productivity.
